If you thought South Africa’s current unemployment rate of 32.5% was concerning, youth unemployment is sitting at a devastating 61.3%. There are numerous barriers stopping youth from entering the workforce including access to internet to search for jobs and send CVs, lack of adequate skills development, little to no experience and a dwindling availability of jobs.
