Europ Assistance South Africa (“EASA”) today announced the sale of its subsidiary company 24Fix (Pty) Ltd (“24Fix”) to a Black Economic Empowerment consortium (“BEE consortium”). This deal positions 24Fix to become a preferred supplier of emergency geyser and plumbing repairs to the entire South African insurance sector.
