What’s inside… FAnews Magazine October 2023
Every year when we reach the October edition, we know it’s over… the year I mean, and we know that this is the start of events, holiday feels, closing of yearly projects and the planning of how to do things differently and better in the year to come. For us, it means one more edition and it also means the start of some exciting things with the next round of The Insurance Apprentice.
The sad reality is that the raging fires, floods, tsunamis, and earthquakes do not choose the time of year, and disasters are happening all around… not only here in South Africa, but worldwide too.
It’s huge… and it’s something that directly impacts us as the insurance and financial services industry the most of all sectors. Because without us, nothing can be rebuilt… but the question remains, how long can we keep it up before we exclude things we cannot cover anymore? I suppose only time will tell.
On to the October edition, another edition filled with content you will not find in any other industry publication. We delve deep and we really address the relevant stuff. I am once again incredibly proud of the final product and, for me, nothing replaces the feeling of holding that final print product in my hand. The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) articles are clearly marked and well worth the read, but please make sure you also find the other gems relevant to you, your interests, and your business.
