Welcome to the first edition of FAnews in 2023. Below is a summary of most of the articles we have in this edition, which is a print and digital publication. The link on the article will take you directly to the FAnews February 2023 edition. A reminder that our CPD offering is user-friendly, we have relevant and focussed content and you can do your CPD on your laptop or on your phone with our WhatsApp system. Just follow the prompts on www.FAnews.co.za/login. The CPD cycle ends 31 May, and although this sounds far away, it is a lot closer than you think… we get busy and side-tracked, and focussed on other parts of business. A suggestion from my side is to set yourself an earlier deadline date because if you only do this in May, you might run out of time… the last two days of May are manic and our system really gets slow. The experience is not so pleasant when you leave it for the last two days of May.
Enjoy the read!

Editor’s thoughts:
We are here to talk about issues, give you insights, tell you about all the new developments in the industry and, of course, assist you on your CPD journey. We have also come to the realisation that, although people enjoy the in-person conferences and get-togethers, webinars are still very popular/valid when it comes to CPD hours. Look out for our webinars, and if there’s any burning topics or just an area you would like to understand a bit better, let us know.
Stay strong, stay healthy and let us know if we can delve a bit deeper or talk about specific things you would like to understand better or need to know more about.
