The Insurance Apprentice entries closing soon

15 September 2016 Myra Knoesen

The Insurance Apprentice, one of the most talked about initiatives in the insurance industry, is set to take heed once again as entries for its 2017 edition are almost closing. With just over 90 high quality applications received thus far, we remind those who have not applied yet to hurry and get those applications in as entries close on 30 September. That leaves potential candidates with only two weeks and one day.

Don’t waste time

Don’t wait until the last minute to apply. Those who successfully meet the criteria should visit www.theinsuranceapprentice.co.za, fill out the application form and submit it.

If we haven’t convinced you yet we remind you that in addition to promoting and recognising talent, the exposure provided by The Insurance Apprentice is immeasurable.

As many of the previous contestants will agree, The Insurance Apprentice gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself, to grow on a personal and professional level and showcase what you are all about.

To top it all off the competition offers an excellent prize of a trip toLloyds of London, sponsored by Lloyds of London and a R75 000 bursary sponsored by Inseta. This in itself is an invaluable opportunity, one not to be missed!

Timeline of events

For those that are unaware, regional rounds will be taking place this year. Once applications close on 30 September, and the top thirty candidates are identified on 5 October, elimination rounds will take place regionally.

For those candidates that make it through to the second round, elimination dates are as follows:

  •          Durban 11 October;
  •          Cape Town 13 October; and
  •          Johannesburg 19 October

The final eight apprentices for series three of The Insurance Apprentice will be revealed mid November and filming will take place from 8 to 13 January 2017.
