Mutual & Federal announces an executive resignation

Mutual & Federal has announced the resignation of Caroline da Silva, Executive for Market Development. Da Silva, who has been with the short-term insurer for four years, is leaving to pursue other interests.

Newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Raimund Snyders says, “Since her early days as Executive for Sales, Caroline has contributed significantly to the success of Mutual & Federal. During her tenure we improved relationships with brokers, implemented a new sales model and we have seen a turnaround in our sales and policy count. We are therefore sad to lose someone of Caroline’s calibre”.
