Taquanta unveils new logo
Taquanta Investment Holdings, the black-owned financial services company which recently acquired Taquanta Securities, Taquanta Treasury Solutions and Taquanta Asset Managers from Nedbank, has unveiled its new logo.
CEO Justin Kretzschmar says the new look reflects the image and aspirations of the young company.
The logo, developed by integrated marketing communications company, Troika Imagineering Works, and selected by popular vote among Taquanta employees, "clearly symbolises our transition from a loose association of small operations within the Nedbank fold, into an independent, cohesive and dynamic organisation," he says.
Taquanta's new colours - yellow, gold, orange, terracotta and brown are the sun-warmed colours of Africa, energising and engendering growth; the logo itself consists of rounded, irregular yet linked shapes symbolising the fact that Taquanta's individual operations are important, but together offer so much more; while the chosen high-tech, no-frills typeface reflects an organisation that is crisp, agile and dynamic.
Our new logo is also a reflection of our values which are embodied in three words - Energy, Synergy, Accountability. These are the values that we believe will enable us to realise our vision - to be South Africas pre-eminent black-owned financial services firm, Kretzschmar concludes.
