Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa’s Insurance Litigation team has just launched the latest volume in their Big Read Book Series – A review of Botswana insurance judgments: 2003 – 2023.

This forms the thirteenth volume in the Big Read Book Series, which includes previous titles such as the “Review of Quantum of Damages in Medical Malpractice Cases” (Voume 12), and the “Review of South African Insurance Judgments of 2022” (Volume 11).
