National Financial Partners (NFP) in association with PIT Properties Group (Pty) Ltd, breaks new ground for its distribution outlet NFP Distribution with the launching of a brand new Property Investment Product.

"This product is developed and launched as a niche product, structured around transparency and above average investment returns for the investor" says Robin Hendry, MD PIT Property Group.

Launched on 07 Nov, at the Sandton Sun Intercontinental, CEO of NFP, Freddie Andalaft is confident that true to its business nature, NFP has yet again managed to bring to the Independent Financial Advisor a product that is structured with both the broker and the client in mind, "no compromises have been made for one or the other in the development of this product" says Andalaft.

The properties in the investment portfolio allows the investor to diversify risk over 3 commercial properties and is structured to offer clients a full spectrum of the investment opportunities in the market.

PIT Property Group discloses the facts and the figures involved.  All facts and numbers on the product are published in a disclosure document in accordance with the requirements set by the Consumer Protection Unit of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as published in Notice 459 of 30 March 2006.

The investment structure provides for the needs of two kinds of investors - those who need a monthly income as well as capital growth, and those who only require accelerated capital growth.

"We have structured this investment to be unique, and we have achieved this by introducing corporate governance that offers full disclosure to investors and brokers, furthermore we have introduced a one of a kind provision for investors and brokers to have representation on the board". Says Hendry

This product is only made available on the NFP Distribution Platform via contracted Independent Financial Advisors who are authorized Financial Services Providers.
