29 April 2021 Liberty

Liberty is proud to announce the opening of a branch at its Liberty Promenade Mall where local residents can interact with the company on a personal level. The branch has taken all COVID-19 protocols into consideration; making it safe for its clients to access insurance services including financial advice, savings products, life cover, and funeral cover solutions at their doorstep.

Lindi Monyae, Liberty Executive for Emerging Consumer Market says: "While most of our services are available online, the physical branch will help us assist our clients in person, and all COVID-19 precautions are in place."

Through the walk-in-center, Liberty will be able to offer customers expert financial advice, and the opportunity to have face-to-face interactions and support in a safe, comfortable setting, while adhering to COVID-19 protocols.

"Existing clients will be able to update policy documents, get relevant information on their policies and our products and more significantly get funeral claims support. New clients or those interested in Liberty products can simply walk in and have a conversation with Liberty's Advisers to see what kind of help the company can offer them," adds Monyae

In the current environment, many clients have the convenience of interacting online, and the centre is an extension of that, and will cater to clients who prefer human interaction.

"The Promenade Mall branch represents Liberty's commitment to being easily accessible to customers. There is no doubt why we are in this centre. It is one of our properties, and we take pride in servicing our customers in an environment that represents our commitment to our communities. The centre itself adheres to all COVID-19 protocols."

The Liberty branch is situated at Liberty Promenade Shopping Mall, Shop 76, Corner of Morgenster & AZ Berman Drive, Beacon Valley, Mitchell's Plain, 7785.

Keeping you safe through it all
"As we are still in a pandemic, we have taken precautionary measures to minimize the risk of potentially spreading the COVID-19 virus within our branches. This involves taking all normal precautions and any potential visitors are asked to cooperate to help prevent the spread of the virus" says Monyae.
