Old Mutual Insure hosted their most significant retail partner, Frontline, at a gala dinner last week to celebrate their valuable contribution to helping the insurer adapt to new realities during the pandemic.
“All industries, including the insurance industry, scrambled to put measures in place to ensure that they could serve their customers remotely while providing flexibility for cash-strapped customers,” said Soul Abraham, Old Mutual Insure’s Chief Executive for Retail, at a gala dinner last week.
He noted that Old Mutual Insure could not have adapted to the new realities without the appetite from brokers and advisers such as Frontline, Old Mutual Insure’s most significant retail partner.
“Without the appetite for disruption, the imagination to pivot, and just plain hard work from Frontline as one of Old Mutual Insure’s top intermediary ecosystems, we could not have innovated and delivered products to match the high standard of service required by customers during these very challenging times,” said Abraham.
Frontline has been in partnership with Old Mutual Insure since mid-2008
