Hugo Snyman has a plan.  A seed was planted fourteen years ago in the form of a business plan, and thus the plan was set in motion.  This business plan developed and grew into a strong rooted system, enabling a number of branches to grow organically from it.  It started initially with the Prosperlink Broker network.  This led to negotiations with Phillip Craib Investments, which in turn led to the formation of the Efficient Group (Pty) Ltd on 1 January 2003.  The seed has burgeoned into a financial tree with assets of 2 billion rand under management.  Hugo's initial plan succeeded in bringing together a professional team that created a very successful and highly effective company.

The new liaison centre at Route 21 will be used to generate organisation specific business opportunities for participating advisors.  It will also facilitate presentations and business developments that do not only focus on financial services, thus assisting in healthy cross-pollination.

The plan is being implemented afresh, with the same non-negotiable qualities: a passion for investments, outstanding service delivery to clients, the constant expansion of existing practices, innovative thinking to pro-actively promote the plan and the industry, and the accompanying implementation and rejuvenation of systems.

The plan has developed and expanded and can henceforth be summarised in one word.  That word is Inter-dependency.  Hugo firmly believes that independence only places you in a space of survival, but that inter-dependency is the key to true wealth creation.
