Genasys supports Lehae Knights

In 2011 Genasys Technologies (Pty) became the proud sponsors of the Knights, a grass roots soccer team in Lahae.

Genasys Technologies (Pty) Ltd CEO, Steve Symes, a huge football supporter, commissioned his staff to find a grass roots soccer team to sponsor. Sharing in the belief of their CEO that sport is the key to unity, the staff were lucky enough to discover the Lehae Knights.

Symes stated that "Over the past three years we have seen Roger take the teams from strength to strength with his passion and love for the game. Roger is head coach of the under 10, under 13, under 15, under 17 and most recently an over 18 1st team which plays in the SAFA League. He has instilled discipline and passion in his players, and has done amazing work with skills development, he is coaching future stars and has already had one of the goal shooters approached to try out for the Chiefs.

These are a great bunch of kids and are doing so well, their coach Roger is an inspiration.

"We are extremely proud to be associated with Roger and the Knights, and hope more companies in the industry will get involved in grass roots sports.. the rewards are amazing.”
