“We have an excellent development team here that has built up an enormous amount of experience over the years which is why it is necessary to have offices in both Cape Town and Johannesburg. Communication is key when having different branches and fortunately that has become very easy with modern technology. Genasys have very strong processes in place to ensure clear understanding of requirements and decisions.

The enormous growth in the last 2 years meant we had to expand the development team quite dramatically. Basically we were bursting out of our seams and needed more space. It was quite an emotional moment for me when we locked the front door for the last time. It was our first real Head Quarters and many big decisions were made in that boardroom over the years. Those walls were witness to many ups and downs and the fact that were outgrew it is testament to there being many more ups than downs!”
