The website for The Fulcrum Group recently underwent a revamp, and the new look site is officially live.

www.thefulcrumgroup.co.za offers swift and easy access to essential information on the company and its latest products and services in their focus areas of premium financing, collections, specialist financing and treasury; as well as showcasing relevant industry news.

Fulcrum itself started out as a premium financing company, before it added treasury asset management and collections to the mix. This combination of services would ultimately serve brokers better in the long run. The goal was to become a full-service company that brokers could look to in order to fulfil all their needs, so that they could focus on what is important to them – servicing clients. Vaughan Jones, CEO of the Fulcrum Group, affirms that: “A lot of our products (at the Fulcrum Group) have been born out of listening to what the industry needs, and coming up with plans around that.” Having said that, the launch of the new Fulcrum website will allow Fulcrum to provide a superior service to brokers, and enable brokers to serve clients better.

Head of People & Brand at Fulcrum, Carel Nolte, notes that the launch of the new Fulcrum Group website will serve a greater purpose both within the industry, and within the company itself. “Not only does the site showcase what the Fulcrum team and industry is getting up to, but it will also showcase our people (clients included) - who are a big part of our business. Relationships to us are key, whether it is relationships with clients or with fellow Fulcrumeers, we take the utmost pride in building and maintaining genuine and lasting relationships – so this will also be a highlight on the site. In addition to this, we have some exciting new developments and big announcements coming soon, which people will find more information about on the site,” says Nolte.

The new Fulcrum Group website was designed and created by Flow Communications. Gianluca Tucci, Project Manager at Flow Communications, is delighted with the end product that was tailored and developed specifically for Fulcrum. “We needed to create a website that was as distinctive as the Fulcrum Group is. The new site is designed to look great, and function even better. It clearly and simply lays out who Fulcrum is, what they offer and what they do” noted Tucci.
