FSCA awarded Top Employer 2024 certification by the Top Employer Institute

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“Authority”) has been certified as a Top Employer for 2024, by the Top Employers Institute. The move sees the Authority joining the ranks of other top employers in South Africa.

To be recognised as a Top Employer, the Authority underwent an evaluation of its HR practices by participating in the Top Employers Institute’s HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers various aspects of HR domains, including the people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity & inclusion, and the general wellbeing of staff.

This recognition demonstrates the Authority’s commitment to excellence and the embodiment of its core values. It underscores the Authority’s continued efforts to create a workplace that not only attracts top talent but also cultivates an atmosphere in which its employees can thrive both professionally and personally.
