Fairheads sells stake in Tri-Linear Investment Managers

19 June 2007 | People and Companies | News | Fairheads

Fairheads Holdings has sold its remaining 47% stake in Tri-Linear Investment Managers to the Tri-Linear group, with effect from 1 March 2007.

Richard Krepelka, Fairheads CEO, said: 'The sale is merely a formality at this stage, and forms part of our unbundling and disinvestment from asset management. This has been a process over the past few years, undertaken with a view to separating the fiduciary and asset management businesses in line with good corporate governance."

Tri-Linear Chairman, Sam Buthelezi, said "I am delighted that Tri-Linear Investment Managers is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of our group.  From our point of view there are no changes to our business model and operations continue as usual. "
