Dynamic Wealth vs Financial Services Board – Curatorship application

The application by the Financial Services Board (FSB) to put certain divisions of Dynamic Wealth under curatorship was dismissed on 21 September 2010 in the Pretoria High Court. In addition, a full cost order was issued against the FSB - in favour of Dynamic Wealth.
