Dynamic Wealth is vindicated: Financial Services Board lost its curatorship - with costs

The Financial Services Board lodged an urgent application on 31 October 2009 to put Dynamic Wealth under curatorship. The matter was heard in the High Court during February 2010. Since the case was sub judice, Dynamic Wealth was not able to publically refute the allegations levelled against the company.
Since the Judge delivered his verdict on Tuesday 21 September 2010, Dynamic Wealth is now in a position to present its case in full.Watch this space for more information.
