Ctrack signs partnership with Glasfit, increasing national footprint and turnaround times for customers

Vehicle tracking and fleet management company, Ctrack is proud to announce their partnership with Glasfit. This unique partnership gives customers easier access to GPS / GSM based vehicle tracking products and will speed up service and turnaround times.

The addition of the Glasfit network will mean that Ctrack’s footprint will increase from 40 outlets to more than 160 nationally once all fitment centres become trained and accredited. Pierre Bruwer, Ctrack Managing Director says, “Customers will enjoy faster appointment scheduling and vehicle technical support and will now have the convenience of receiving quality service at their nearest Glasfit fitment centre. Installations will be executed within 48 hours at all accredited fitment centres.”

Digicall Solutions, also a strategic supplier to Glasfit, is a premium business specialising in claims administration, with the objective of delivering innovative technological solutions through leading in- and outbound contact centre facilities.

Glasfit’s Managing Director, Ruben Moggee says, “With over 120 fitment centres in our network, this partnership will increase the existing services offered by Glasfit and provide customers with a convenient range of services which includes pre-insurance vehicle inspections, installation of tracking devices and the repair or replacement of automotive glass.”

In line with their continued efforts to forge strategic partnerships with OEMs, dealer groups and franchises, this demonstrates Ctrack’s commitment to partnering with the right companies to bring the latest trends in consumer and insurance telematics to the South African market. “Vehicle tracking has helped to provide a new layer of security for our customers and their families,” Bruwer concluded.

Extra products will be available to customers at all Glasfit franchise fitment centres, providing customers with a premium range of products that meet their most vital needs. Moggee explains, the market is slowly coming to understand the importance of having a reputable company looking after their family and assets, and will continue to educate the market while delivering on this core value.
