CIB Insurance Solutions official sponsor of teen pro golfer Ashleigh Simon

CIB Insurance Solutions is proud to be a sponsor of South African golfing sensation Ashleigh Simon, who at 18 years old turned pro on the 12th of May this year and went on to win the Catalonia Ladies Masters in Spain on June 17th 2007 making her the youngest player to win a Ladies European Tour event. CIB's sponsorship began early on in Ashleighs career when CIB felt it important to support Ashleigh who was clearly on her way to becoming a South African golfing sensation.

Douglas Donnelly, CEO of CIB Insurance Solutions, recognized Ashleigh Simon's talent early on in her amateur career and felt it important to approach Ashleighs coach Gavan Levenson to offer support to an obviously budding South African talent. "CIB have supported Ashleigh in various ways throughout her career and the relationship has only grown from strength to strength" says Mike Simon, Ashleigh Simon's father and manager.
