The Board of Air Affairs Holdings (Pty) Ltd has announced the acquisition of a minority shareholding in Dennis Jankelow & Associates (Aviation) (Pty) Ltd (DJA) by i capital, a black-empowered investment house.

Making the announcement, Air Affairs chairman, Dennis Jankelow, said that the association with i capital presented exciting new opportunities for growth within DJA’s specialist field, adding that there had been a strong mutual attraction, given the core values shared between i capital and DJA.

Lance Williams, MD and co-founder of i capital, will join the Board of DJA with immediate effect.

Dennis Jankelow remains Chairman and CEO of DJA together with co-directors Graham Speller, Paul Leaker, Zita Bainbridge, Marlene Gill, Darryl Fisher, Joanne Herman and recently-appointed Jackie Nieuwoudt.
