NFP acquires CBS as an NFP broker partner

We are delighted to announce that South African National Financial Partners (Pty) Ltd (NFP) has acquired Complete Business Solutions (CBS), a prominent financial services practice in Bloemfontein.

The acquisition brings CBS into the NFP fold as an acquired NFP Broker Partner.

The acquisition also brings with it a merger between CBS and Finshare (another prominent financial services practice in Bloemfontein and NFP Broker Partner). The directors believe that merging the two entities will significantly enhance their market positioning, and the merger will provide substantially more value to their clients.

The executive team of Finshare will be: Freddie Andalaft Chairman of the Board, Derek Thomson, Bennie Jansen and Theoniel McDonald - executive directors and Paul van Aardt as non executive director.
