Satrix/Itrix Registered Broker Presentation

25 June 2007 | People and Companies | Events | Satrix

The Satrix Investment Plan, whereby investors can subscribe for Satrix securities, for as little as R1000 lump sum or R300 per month, has become one of the most popular retail products on the market.

Although many investors subscribe direct to the Satrix Investment Plan, a noticeable trend in recent months has been the number of brokers and independent financial advisors that have applied for Satrix securities, or made enquiries, on behalf of their clients. Satrix, of course, welcomes such brokers bringing it business through the Investment Plan and pays brokerage commission or trailing fees on such business.

Also, the Itrix Exchange Traded Funds, which track the performance of overseas stockmarket indices, but trade on the JSE like normal securities, are now also available through an Investment Plan.

The administrators of the Satrix and Itrix Investment Plans are Automated Outsourcing Services Limited (AOSL). The AOSL business has recently been sold by the curators of the Fidentia companies to a well known independent administration company. To hear more about AOSLs new owners and how to sign up as a registered broker for Satrix and Itrix products, you are invited to attend a presentation, at the JSE offices in Sandton on Tuesday, 3rd July 2007.

* There will be no charge for attending the presentation.
