Santam Charity Event a great success

08 November 2007 Santam

The charity event produced by events company Stephanie Moss Solutions for Santam, and in aid of the West Rand Association for people with disabilities, was a great success.

The event, which took place on 4 October 2007 at the Indaba Hotel in Fourways, Johannesburg, featured a packed entertainment programme that included a Donkey Derby, an auction of signed sports memorabilia and memorable performances by the talented female vocalist, Louise Carver and cabaret artist and M.C, Duane Rockwell.

Stephanie Moss, MD of Stephanie Moss Solutions comments: “This was a wonderful project to be involved with and we were thrilled to see the excellent turnout of guests and how much money was raised for a truly worthy cause. And, as usual, working with the professional and big-hearted team at Santam was a treat.”

To raise as much money as possible for its beneficiary, the West Rand Association for people with disabilities, Santam charged guests for seats at the event and leveraged sponsorships and donations from third parties.

All told, some 300 guests attended the fundraiser and a great deal of money was raised for the Association.
