South Africa’s Insurance Sector embraces Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

South Africa’s leading insurance role players joined forces to participate in a global industry ‘Diversity and Inclusion Festival’ initiated by Lloyds of London. The Dive In Festival was held for the first time in South Africa on 27 Sep 2017, and was supported by Aon South Africa, Marsh, Willis Towers Watson, AIG, Allianz and Chubb Insurance.

Dominic Christian, Chair Inclusion at Lloyd’s and CEO of Aon UK said, our world, as we know it, is growing in complexity and uncertainty. With this, he reminds us that keeping pace with the rate of change from a risk perspective is a challenge that needs the brightest and most innovative minds.
