NHI and PPP’s in the spotlight

Key healthcare experts will address the role of Public Private Partnerships in the implementation of National Health Insurance at the Engage Forum, hosted by Metropolitan Health Group, at the Two Oceans Aquarium, Cape Town on 6 November, from 09h00 until 12:30.

Speakers include Dr Richard Friedland, CEO of Netcare; Stavros Nicholaou, senior executive at Aspen Pharmacare; Dr Steve Taylor and Dr Nilesh Patel, general managers at Life Healthcare and John Thomas, chairman of Living Hope.

Successful Public Private Partnerships will be under review, as well as key factors in establishing PPP’s in the private and public sectors.

Hosted by Metropolitan Health Group and Qualsa, the “Engage Forum” is held bi-annually to encourage dialogue between key roleplayers in South Africa’s ever-changing healthcare landscape.
