Overview
In this session, Karen Miller of Absa Insurance will be focusing on the value that digital can create within the Financial Services. We will explore the opportunities that digital presents rather than on the threats it poses, however not withholding that precautions need to be taken on how we engage digitally now and into the future. We will also look at:
• Optimism on opportunities especially at these unprecedented times.
• How to be Agile and reduce time to reach the market in terms of products & service offerings.

Karen Miller is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive underwriting and business development experience across property and casualty insurance. Karen has held executive positions at Mutual and Federal insurance, Zurich Insurance and Centriq Insurance (cell captive insurer). Karen is currently CEO of Absa Insurance (Pan Africa) and holds executive directorships on various Absa insurance boards pan-Africa.
