Here’s your quick checklist to get conference-ready:

Tasks to have completed by this point:

·        Logged into the AIE2025 Virtual Platform

·         Checked out the conference programme and selected the sessions you’ll attend

·         Scheduled meetings with fellow delegates and exhibitors via the virtual platform

·         Planned your visit to the Exhibition in Warriors and Seers Halls

REMEMBER: You can claim up to 14 CPD hours — but only if you attend all business sessions.

What to Pack:

·         Golf attire for Sunday’s Golf Day

·         Padel outfit if you’re hitting the court

·         Smart casual for the Valley of the Waves Welcome Party

·        Business casual for daily conference sessions

·         Black tie or traditional wear for the Gala Dinner

·         Comfortable shoes for walking the exhibition

Weather update: It’s expected to get chilly at Sun City from the weekend into Monday and Tuesday, especially in the mornings and evenings. Pack a warm jacket or layers to stay comfortable throughout the event.
