African Insurance Exchange 2020 Refunds & Credits

Dear Delegate,

A reminder that due to restrictions put in place to protect the public against the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors of the Insurance Institute of South Africa, as well as the conference Steering Committee, made the decision to postpone the 2020 African Insurance Exchange scheduled to take place on the 26th to the 29th July 2020.

Delegates will have two options. Either request a refund (in which case a proof of bank account letter will be required) or you can keep the booking for next year’s conference (in which case we will issue you a credit note). The advantage of keeping the booking is that you will enjoy 2020 pricing for a 2021 event. If you get a refund and wish to book again next year, the new pricing for 2021 will apply.
