PSG Konsult receives major Santam Broker Awards

PSG Konsult, the independent financial services and product provider, yet again received top honours at the National Santam Broker Awards held on Wednesday, 5 March 2014.
The group’s insurance division, PSG Insure, received the Portfolio Administration Award for Performance Excellence 2013, as well as the National Broker Award for Performance Excellence 2013 Personal Lines for top-quality service offering.
Awards are presented annually by Santam to brokers in the insurance industry for recognition of excellence and to strengthen relationships between the short-term insurer and the broker community.
This follows PSG Konsult being selected as the winner of the Santam National Broker for Personal Insurance in 2012. In the previous year the group was awarded with the Santam National Broker for Commercial Insurance and Santam National Broker for Asset- and Crop Insurance combined, as well as a Silver Award for Niche Business.
The awards are done in regard to business growth, the volume of business that was achieved, retention percentages, claims ratio and quality. The aim of the awards is to recognise the best performing brokers within Santam.
