OSTi Award to Berna Hattingh at Centriq for fair and equitable service at Ukusizana awards

The Ombudsman of Short-term Insurance, Brian Martin, presented Berna Hattingh, Claims Specialist at Centriq Insurance with a Certificate of Achievement recently, commending her commitment to service excellence in dealing with complaints and correspondence from the ombudsman’s offices in 2010 in a fair and equitable manner. Berna was the only candidate nominated by OSTi for this award.
