Liberty Corporate awarded the PMR.africa Golden Arrow Award

29 September 2021 Liberty

We are excited to announce that Liberty Corporate was awarded the PMR.africa Golden Arrow Award in the Pension Fund Administrators and Product Providers: Insurers category on 15 September 2021.

This award is based on the feedback from 200 participants in the retirement fund industry. Telephonic interviews were conducted with 200 randomly selected principal officers, chairmen, trustees and senior managers representing retirement funds of listed and large companies.

The respondents rated Liberty against several pension fund administrators, consultants, product providers and insurers on 23 attributes including accuracy of member benefit statements, communication of general issues and problems, efficiency in dealing with members’ changes and quality of service.

Trusted by more than 10 000 employers, Liberty Corporate is the administrator looking after the most participating employers and members in umbrella and risk product. It was an unexpectedly tough year for most of our clients and we had to ensure that we stood alongside them, making the load lighter during what was a challenging period for those most affected.

We are so proud to have ensured the financial stability of thousands of South Africans, having paid a total of R2.45 billion in claims in 2020.

We are proud to have made an enormous difference to the lives of thousands of our clients. This award is a reflection that the market is recognising the dedication Liberty has put in to creating a best-in-class pension fund administrations and operations capability.
