The awards, which are are designed to “recognise the achievements of the very best the health and protection industry has to offer” are awarded from a shortlist of providers voted for by the readers of Cover magazine. The awards are judged by a panel of industry experts, including Cover’s editor, Paul Robertson, Mike Izzard of Premier Choice Group and Roy McLouglin of Master Adviser, who singled out InterGlobal as “strong in all regions of the world and serious about growth, with solid broker support”. InterGlobal beat a shortlist of well-known insurers; BUPA, IMG and AXA PPP to win the top award.

Paul Weigall, Head of Sales, InterGlobal, says:

“This award recognises our commitment to deliver excellence in international PMI to our members all around the world. It also demonstrates how a specialist provider can deliver a better quality and more member-focused service than the alternative big brand-name insurers. It is particularly pleasing that we have won the support of so many of the readers of Cover magazine who voted for us to be shortlisted for this award. I would like to thank all the brokers and intermediaries who have recommended our plans to their clients and for their support which has helped us to win this prestigious award.”
