Innovation Group scores multiple wins in top call centre industry awards

Global business processing outsourcing and software solutions provider Innovation Group, has scooped up three awards in this year’s edition of the Call Centre Management Group (CCMG) Awards. The awards, which were recently held at The Castle, Kyalami in J

The judges consider a number of criteria including training, customer service, and quality auditing. To be in the running, companies were required to demonstrate their competence in these areas and illustrate how they have outdone their rivals. Innovation Group received awards in the following three categories: Best Outsourcing Partnership (Gold); Best Quality Auditor (Silver) and Best Contact Centre Support Workforce Planning (Bronze).

Roz Broome, Managing Executive of Innovation Group’s In-Touch Contact Centre said, “There is a growing awareness of the value that contact centres add to a company’s bottom line. At Innovation Group we strive to add value to our customer’s businesses by offering strategic call centre services with innovative solutions. In winning these awards it affirms that we are taking the right steps to contributing to our customer’s businesses and we look forward to continuing to develop solutions and services that drive their success.”
