Hollard’s Wealth Management business recently honoured its top broker consultants for the year.

The winners were announced at in an elegant, intimate dinner at the company’s century old Villa Arcadia with nine winners in three categories (Altrisk, IFAnet and Hollard Wealth Management) making their way on to honours list. The winners were:

Altrisk: Cheri Cilliers was named the top broker consultant followed by Mike Ellis and Lanie Stemmet.

IFAnet: Tina Barnard took the categories followed by Sanet Potgieter and Pieter Booyens.

Hollard Wealth Management: Jody Mansfield topped the list followed by Simon Kekuoa and Pearl Mafuze

With three strong women winning the top awards, we invited them to share their success stories.

According to Cheri Cilliers the formula is easy: “Hard work - as what you put in you get out and staying positive in a negative environment and setting expectations that you can meet.”

Tina Barnard concurs adding that you have to be part of your broker’s business, helping, being available and always following through on your promises.

“A positive mind, enthusiasm and loads of energy helps anyone succeed in anything they set their mind to. I apply this to most things in my life and not only work. I believe your client sees this in you when you are doing business, and enjoys working with and supporting enthusiastic people,” said Jody Mansfield

According to Shaun Clacey: Managing Director of Hollard Wealth Management, it was important to honour the consultants, considering how tremendously difficult the past twelve months have been for our industry. “The support that they have shown us over this difficult period is deeply valued.

“Broker consultants are the lifeblood of our business. In fact our business is all about people – whether they are clients, consultants or internal staff. With their support we continually strive to improve our service, our product offering and our value proposition through broadening and deepening our relationships.

All three winners did agree that building solid, trusting business relationships and putting your client’s needs first was essential saying that mutual respect is vital to achieve success.
