The Financial Planning Institute (FPI) is committed to recognising excellence in the financial planning profession and awarding those for their outstanding achievements.

For the Expo Excellence Awards, excellence is measured and rewarded based on a standard of Gold, Silver or Bronze exhibition performance. The criteria include exhibition planning and execution process, support level given to the industry body such as sponsorship packages that integrate conference and exhibition exposure, incorporation of attention attracting devices, for example, movement, signage, color, audio and/or visual displays, presentation techniques, attitude of stand staff towards delegates, awareness and support of exhibition purpose and information capturing system for “follow up” after the event.

There are two companies represented in each photo with six exhibitors and the seventh was Discovery who had no one present to receive their award. The names of each company are clearly depicted on each certificate.

The Gold award was presented to IRESS and Old Mutual, Stanlib, Profida and Discovery were awarded with the Silver award and Astute and Sanlam received the Bronze award.

FAnews would like to congratulate all the award winners on an outstanding achievement.
