Fairheads Benefit Services won the Imbasa Yegolide award for Trust & Beneficiary Administrator Fund of the Year at a BATSETA awards ceremony on Monday evening, 1 June 2015. This is the fourth time that the company has received this industry accolade.

The Imbasa Yegolide awards acknowledge professional excellence by recognising service providers who have given excellent service to retirement funds. The winner in each category was required to demonstrate that they are committed to service delivery that goes beyond meeting customer expectations.

Richard Krepelka, Chief Executive Officer of Fairheads Benefit Services, said: “In our award submission, we provided evidence of leadership and innovation but I believe it is our very human, member-centric approach that enables us to go beyond customer expectations, encapsulated in our value statement:

We act respectfully doing the right thing for the right reason to ensure our clients are safe with us.

It is against this statement that we hold ourselves accountable for the highest level of service delivery. The latest Imbasa Yegolide award motivates us to continue our efforts in providing a meaningful, value-adding service,” he said.
