Discovery Insure recognised partners for service delivery excellence.

Every year, Discovery Insure recognises its top performing partners, and this year’s Discovery Insure Partner Awards mark a particularly high service delivery year, as Discovery Insure has won the Sunday Times Top Brands Survey for the Best short-term insurer in the consumer category.

“The Partner Awards were created to reward our partners for providing world class service to our clients,” said CEO of Discovery Insure Anton Ossip. “Discovery Insure prides itself on delivering exceptional service to our valued clients by partnering with only the best service providers. Our aim is always to provide world class service.”

The awards categories include:

Strategic Partner of the Year.
Strategic Partner Branches and Individuals.
Top Non-Motor and Motor partners.
Top National Panelbeater of the Year.
Top Procurement Partner of the Year.

Feedback from clients forms the foundation of the Partner Awards programme. Partners need to live the values of the Discovery Insure Partner Service Charter and have a good understanding of the measurement criteria. Partners are measured according to various criteria:

Client feedback received from Member based research.
Compliments from Discovery Insure clients.
Complaints.
BEE score.
Discovery Insure Online training.

All partners and service providers that won an award in each of the categories were entered into a ticket draw. Winners now look forward to trips to fabulous holiday destinations. The grand prize winner won an adventure-filled trip to Phuket, Thailand.

This year, Discovery Insure introduced a compliments draw. All staff of the various Discovery Insure partners were able to compete, and the top 25 individuals with the most compliments overall were entered into a draw to win a holiday to an amazing destination.

The winners:

There were 31 winners in total; of which five are Discovery Insure staff. The following won the three main awards:

National Panelbeater of the year: The winner of this category is Car World. This family business received a total of 67 compliments from Discovery Insure clients during 2015.
Procurement Partner of the year: The winner in this category is J Cell Bar.
Strategic Partner of the year: The winner in this category is BP who has received over 400 compliments, and 14 of the 25 compliments ticket holders are BP petrol attendants.

“We are proud of the achievements of our partners in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Congratulations to each of our partners for an exceptional year and congratulations to our winners in particular,” says Ossip. ”We are confident that this will inspire even more excellent service levels for our clients and that next year’s awards will be coveted by all participants.”
