Workforce Holdings appoints Bronwyn Partridge to lead its Insurance cluster
Workforce Holdings Limited recently announced the appointment of Bronwyn Partridge as the Managing Executive for its Insurance Businesses.

With over 26 years of experience in the insurance sector, Partridge now drives the strategy and performance across four key businesses: Essential Employee Benefits (EEB), GetSavvi Health, Medicall, and Xperia.
Partridge’s appointment follows a successful tenure at EEB, where she rose from Head of Operations to General Manager. Her career, which began in sales before evolving through client services, claims management, and private broking, provides her with a holistic understanding of the insurance lifecycle. This journey includes over seven years at Aon, where she specialised in short-term insurance and managed high-net-worth client portfolios.
“Leading the four businesses into the next chapter of growth is an exciting challenge to be embarking on,” says Partridge. “I believe that the learnings I’ll receive during this time will be life-changing on both a personal and career front.”
A strategy of partnership and innovation
Partridge aims to transition the cluster from transactional service delivery to a deep partnership model. By leveraging the group’s internal GP network and claims management capabilities, she intends to keep pricing competitive while expanding access to quality healthcare for the South African workforce.
“The biggest opportunity that we have is to move away from a transactional relationship to a partnership with our clients,” Partridge explains. “We need to walk alongside each of our clients, understand what their problems and needs are, and proactively find a way to solve them. We have a keen understanding of our target market, and we know that a seamless member experience is key to growing our base.”
Leadership rooted in purpose and people
A believer in leading with purpose and precision, Partridge integrates her professional coaching background to foster a culture of vulnerability and self-reflection. Her priorities for the next 12 months include enhancing digital capabilities and ensuring each brand (EEB, GetSavvi, Medicall, and Xperia) maintains its individual identity while operating as a consolidated unit under the Workforce Holdings umbrella.
“I’ve always believed that innovation goes hand in hand with operational excellence,” notes Partridge. “Innovation can take the form of problem-solving, enhancing efficiency, and improving processes. I enjoy finding viable solutions by thinking out of the box. I will rely heavily on my highly capable team who work alongside me to reach our goals.”
Having spent four years reshaping EEB’s operational foundation, she now looks forward to driving the strategy that redefines how affordable insurance and health benefits are delivered to the wider South African market.
