• Tiphaine Paquin succeeds Régis Broudin who will focus on his Global Head of Marine Claims role.
• She was Head of Marine Claims for AGCS in France.

Tiphaine Paquin will be appointed as Regional Head of Marine Claims for Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty for Mediterranean (France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Greece, Malta, Cyprus and Middle East countries) & Africa Region effective April 1, 2022.

Tiphaine will be responsible for leading AGCS Claims in the region for the Marine Line of Business and will report directly to Sebastien Saillard, Regional Head of Claims. She joined AGCS in 2007 as Marine Cargo Claims handler and then moved to Team Leader of standard Marine Cargo & Hull Claims, Team Leader of Marine Cargo Claims to Marine Claims Manager for AGCS France in 2019.

I wish him all the best as he focuses on the global role,” says Sébastien Saillard, Regional Head of Claims for Mediterranean & Africa. “I would like to congratulate Tiphaine on her promotion. She has been a key member of our Marine Claims leadership team in France and I am confident that she will lead the region with excellence.”

Before joining AGCS, Tiphaine spent seven years in broking as a Marine and Transport Claims Handler at Cauvin & Palle and CPA. She holds a Master’s degree in Maritime Law from the University of Brest.
