AIG is pleased to announce that Sonia Tshabalala has joined AIG Africa Zone as HR Business Partner, Africa. Sonia will manage the AIG Human Resources teams across Africa and will be responsible for effectively designing; implementing and managing enhanced HR programs and initiatives which will help attract, motivate and retain talent within AIG.
Sonia is an experienced HR Generalist professional with a career that has spanned over 18 years within a number of industry sectors such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Short Term Insurance, Security and Fire including such companies as ADT, Telesure and Mutual and Federal.
