Stalker Hutchinson Admiral (SHA) Specialist Underwriters is proud to announce that Nontuthuko Mhlungu has been appointed as the company’s dedicated Public Relations (PR), Brand and Marketing Manager – this role had not been filled for 18 months.

Mhlungu is not a new face at SHA, having joined the company nearly three years ago filling a number of positions in that time. Mhlungu’s previous role was as PR and media specialist as well as operational roles as a Digital Distribution Specialist.

Mhlungu explains that the underwriter is currently in the process of redefining their brand and her dedicated marketing role is very much a part of the new business strategy. “I will be responsible for driving the SHA brand forward ensuring a strong presence within the liability underwriting space.”

Gareth Beaver Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SHA says that Mhlungu’s passion for marketing, brand and PR made her the perfect candidate for this position. “Nontuthuko’s passion for marketing coupled with her previous experience in our underwriting and claims divisions means that she has deep insight and a thorough understanding of our business and how we interact with both brokers and our insured clients."

My role became necessary to achieve our new strategic business objectives during the re-branding process. I am proud to be a part of this journey of rediscovery which will ensure that SHA continues to benefit from a strong market presence, while adding value to our clients when it counts. We are excited to introduce our new brand identity to our brokers and clients in the near future,” concludes Mhlungu.
