David Hurford, Chief Executive Officer, Fairheads Benefit Services
David has more than 20 years of experience as a senior manager in the banking and finance sectors in South Africa, the United Kingdom and Australia. He joined Fairheads in 2011. Prior to joining Fairheads, David held overall leadership of the Western Australian operations of United Community Credit Union, a large mutual bank, where he had worked since 1998. Prior to that he was with Personal Trust (SA), PwC (UK) and Nedcor Bank (A). David has a Bachelor of Business Degree, majoring in Finance and Management from Edith Cowen University, Perth. In 2015, he was appointed to the board of directors with responsibility for the Marketing and Consulting portfolio and in 2021, he was appointed CEO of Fairheads Benefit Services.

Olefile has been with Fairheads for 14 years. He is the Chair of the Fairheads Umbrella Beneficiary Fund and consults to a number of other large funds and umbrella trusts. He is also the Project Sponsor for Fairheads’ guardian roadshows, an award-winning grassroots communication initiative for the past decade. Olefile holds a master’s degree in development finance.

Zukiswa Peter, Chief Financial Officer, Fairheads Benefit Services
Zukiswa has more than 20 years of experience in financial management. She joined Fairheads in 2011 following 10 years of experience at Coronation Fund Managers where she was Financial Manager. Zukiswa has a BCom Honours (Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management) degree from University of Cape Town.
