Ross Forgan, Director at Norton Rose Fulbright

Ross Forgan has re-joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a director in the commercial litigation team, based in Cape Town. Ross focusses on commercial litigation, insolvency and business rescue law. He is experienced in advising companies on commercial disputes including general contractual disputes, hostile takeovers, shareholder disputes, and the enforcement of restraints of trade. Ross also has experience in the full range of insolvency law issues, as well as in business rescue proceedings where he has acted for a myriad of stakeholders.
