Sedick Isaacs rejoines Mutual & Federal

Sedick Isaacs recently rejoined Mutual & Federal as Executive General Manager: Claims after spending a brief period as General Manager for Personal Business at ABSA Insurance Company.

Isaacs is well suited for this position due to his extensive experience in the short-term insurance industry as well as his in-depth understanding of the internal processes at Mutual & Federal. Some of the positions he has held in the Company include General Manager: Technical; General Manager: Personal Business; Group Manager: Old Mutual Liaison; Manager: Allsure and Product Development; Assistant Manager: Technical and Branch Training Officer.

Apart from his extensive work experience, Isaacs also completed various accredited courses such as, ACII – Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, AIISA – Associate of Insurance Institute of South Africa, Higher Certificate Project Management from Damelin Management School (Distinction), Certificate in Leadership/UCT GSB (Distinction), Senior Management Development Programme USB (Distinction) and Finance for Non Financial Managers.
