Santam appoints Lindiwe Dlamini-Sebesho as new Executive Head of Human Resources

Santam, South Africa’s leading short-term insurer is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindiwe Dlamini-Sebesho as its new Executive Head of Human Resources effective 1 August 2013.

Dlamini-Sebesho has extensive human resources experience having assumed executive roles at both the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and Alexander Forbes. Most recently she held executive responsibilities in the Africa operations of Alexander Forbes, as well as for Group Programmes and Performance Management.

We are confident that with her wealth of knowledge and expertise, Lindiwe will be vital in our efforts to building on the already high level skills and experience of our staff,” says Ian Kirk, CEO of Santam.

Dlamini-Sebesho holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as a Master of Business Administration. She is an aspirant golfer and is the mother of three children. She has relocated to Cape Town from Johannesburg.
