Tommy Matthews - PSG Wealth Winelands

PSG Wealth Winelands has announced the appointment of Francois du Toit as portfolio manager and Tommy Matthews as financial adviser. They join the office from 1 September 2016, bringing with them extensive experience in financial services, specialising in investment management, stockbroking and financial planning.

Francois previously worked at Sanlam Private Investments and most recently at Independent Securities in Stellenbosch. He has considerable knowledge in analysis of listed companies, private client wealth management and growing assets under management.

Tommy started his career in the financial services industry in 2003 with Jacques Malan Consultants and Actuaries as an investment consultant for institutional investors. He was appointed by RMB Asset Management as a business development officer in 2008 before working in product and business development at Cadiz Asset Management. He completed his post graduate diploma in financial planning at the University of Stellenbosch in 2010 and has a BMil (Natural Sciences) and BSc degree.

“We are pleased to welcome such experienced individuals to the team,” says Francois van Wyk, Principal of the PSG Wealth Winelands office, based in Stellenbosch.
