PSG Wealth is pleased to announce the appointment of two top financial advisers to its network. Already respected names in the industry, Diederick Bisschoff and Richus Nel joined the financial services brand at the beginning of November 2018. Bisschoff is based in Johannesburg at the PSG Wealth Melrose Arch office, while Nel joins the PSG Wealth Old Oak office, in Cape Town.

“We are pleased to continue growing our footprint by having such experienced and respected advisers join our ranks,” says Dan Hugo, Chief Executive of Distribution at PSG Wealth.

PSG Wealth is a division of PSG Konsult, a leading independent financial services group. PSG has the largest network of independent financial advisers in Southern Africa. They currently have over 780 advisers in over 200 offices across the country. The firm has stated its intention to expand on its national footprint with the aim of serving its clients better and in line with its commitment to quality financial planning.

Prior to joining PSG Wealth Melrose Arch as a Wealth Adviser, Bisschoff has been among top-ranking advisers, and was awarded the title of Top Wealth Manager at RMB Private Bank in 2017. While he started his career as an attorney, specialising in estate planning, he later decided to make a change when he was offered a position at RMB Private Bank in 2008, where he worked as a fiduciary specialist for five years before taking on the role of wealth manager.

Nel held a prominent position at Brenthurst Wealth Management before joining PSG Wealth in Cape Town. He has been in the financial services industry since 2004, and previously worked in the Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey) and Geneva, before returning to South Africa in 2008 to join Investec Private Bank. He then went on to join Brenthurst Wealth Management in 2012 as an independent financial adviser heading up both their Tygerwaterfront and Stellenbosch offices. He is also a recipient of Brenthurst Wealth’s ‘Award of Excellence’. He joins PSG Wealth Old Oak as a Principal and Wealth Adviser.

“Both advisers bring with them immense experience and knowledge of the industry, and we are delighted to welcome them to PSG,” concludes Hugo.
