Price Forbes expands its client service team

Jakes Makakabule.

Price Forbes Insurance Brokers, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Price Forbes in London, has further expanded its client service team by appointing Jakes Makakabule as Account Manager.

Jakes Makakabule started his career as an internal broker in the property and casualty team at Glenrand M•I•B, and after two years moved to AIG as an Underwriter spending three years developing his skills. Before joining Price Forbes, Makakabule worked as a client executive at Marsh South Africa for four years.

Commenting on his appointment, Price Forbes’ Executive: Corporate Business, Anton Mol, says, “Jakes is a great addition to the team. He is a highly motivated individual with good knowledge of the insurance industry. I have no doubt that he will add significant value to the Price Forbes team.”

Jakes holds a (BCom) majoring in Insurance & Risk Management from WITS.
